Rebecca Marchiafava, Founder

My professional experience of nearly two decades spans the fields of public education, public policy, violence prevention, and organizational leadership.

As a nonprofit leader and violence preventionist, I discovered my passion for developing work cultures that promote health, prevent harm, and genuinely mitigate risk—for people and for organizations.

I care deeply about making a positive impact on people and systems, and go beyond surface-level approaches to accomplish this. I employ processes that are person-centered, research and practice-informed, and guided by an anti-oppression framework.

I also have extensive experience as an educator in school, community and professional settings, and am skilled at designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences with a focus on impact.

I am motivated by collaborations with lifelong learners and courageous leaders at all levels who are invested in the challenging but rewarding work of developing healthier approaches to work. Interested in learning more? Let’s talk!
