The Process

Culture Work approaches collaborations with a process consisting of four stages.

  • If we work together, we’ll build a foundation for a successful collaboration. I’ll lead an engaging process to design a clear plan and timeline, including steps to build stakeholder trust and buy-in.

  • We’ll meet regularly to keep lines of communications open and to overcome the unexpected. I’ll continue to assess the situation as more information emerges, and that plan we developed? We’ll revisit it as we go, adapting and clarifying things as needed to make it work in reality.

  • At the conclusion of the project, we’ll carve out space to close loops and reflect on how things went. This phase is an opportunity to celebrate successes, consider lessons learned, and build momentum for sustaining positive change.

  • After project completion, opportunities may arise for additional support. In the past, I’ve provided consulting, follow-up facilitation, and conflict resolution services to address client needs that have emerged after a project concludes.

Coaching & Facilitation Services

  • In these sessions, we co-design a customized strategy to get a handle on your email. You will come away with a more organized inbox, more self-compassion, and tools to manage things moving forward. In this human-centered approach to email management, neurodivergence is welcomed and supported (including ADHD).

  • Through facilitation, observation, and support, these sessions enable teams to level up the quality of their communication, build trust, and move past barriers to collaboration.

  • In these sessions, managers and leaders reflect on conflict approaches, build capacity for difficult conversations, and gain the confidence to address workplace conflict in ways that strengthen team connection and cohesion.

  • This process includes 1-1 meetings with each person involved in the conflict and one or more facilitated sessions that are rooted in mutual respect, curiosity, and accountability.

Consulting Services

  • In these sessions, you will receive support in navigating workplace challenges and building your desired workplace culture.

  • This process goes beyond compliance to review and develop workflows that support workplace well-being, establish your desired workplace culture, and achieve organizational goals.

  • Culture assessments are a recommended best practice for maintaining healthy work environments and are an important part of strategic planning.

Through a combination of staff interviews, surveys, and policy/procedure review, we assess your organization’s culture and deliver analysis and actionable recommendations to support your organization’s development.

  • "When we began planning our annual retreat, I knew that Rebecca would be an incredible asset in helping the Board explore ways we can support the overall mission of LaFASA through centering practices rooted in healthy environments."

  • "I would highly recommend any service of Rebecca's to other organizations. She brings facts, data, and carefully constructed strategies to everything she presents."
