See below for more information on the estimated cost of our services. Actual costs for requested services are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on various factors, but this is to give you an idea of what to expect.

  • There is a wide range of cost for training and workshop services, depending on:

    • Training/workshop length

    • Level of customization required

    • Whether the session will be recorded

    • Location and travel time

    • Organization’s budget

    Cost ranges from $500 for a 1-hour virtual training (no recording or customization included) to several thousand dollars for longer, customized workshops. 

  • The cost of coaching and facilitation depends on the number of sessions and particular scope of work. 

    The base cost for individual coaching is $750 for five 1-hour sessions, while the estimated investment for team facilitation or retreats ranges from $1,500 - $15,000. 

  • We offer various options to support your organization’s efforts to develop policies, procedures and processes.

    We can consult with you to review your organization’s already-existing policies or support policy/process development at a cost of $150 per hour. 

    The estimated investment for leading larger, more complex policy and process development projects ranges from $5,000-$15,000. 

  • The cost of our audits and assessments depend on various factors including organization size and assessment type.

    The estimated investment for these services ranges from $20,000 - $40,000.
